By-invitation Executive Briefings & Roundtables
The Roundtable Event Company (TreCo) has created the FORWARDmotion Series; by-invitation-only events across Canada in 2027. Each program will address a topic of regional significance, and the audience will be drawn from local industry leaders. The program will be sponsored and faciliated by a single vendor, providing them an opportunity demonstrate their leadership in the space. Each lunch event will be limited to just 12 participants in order to ensure full-participation. Topics will range from the Alberta Bitcoin Act to Regional Agri-Food.

Executive Roundtable & Lunch
The Executive Roundtable & Lunch delivers a premium, in-person engagement designed to connect vendors with 10–12 senior decision-makers from targeted organizations. Deliverables include curated guest recruitment, full event coordination, branded materials, a hosted luncheon, and a guided roundtable discussion focused on the client’s strategic themes. Post-event, participants receive a comprehensive attendee report, key discussion insights, and follow-up introductions to foster meaningful relationships and accelerate business development opportunities.

Lunch & Learn Event
The in-person Lunch & Learn event delivers a targeted engagement opportunity for 25–30 participants who actively use or influence the adoption of the vendor’s solution. Deliverables include venue coordination, catered box lunch, onsite logistics, branded presentation support, and post-event lead reporting. The session fosters peer discussion, product education, and feedback collection, enabling the vendor to strengthen relationships, showcase solution value, and identify new opportunities within an already engaged and relevant audience.

The Innovate Council Canada is an program of the The Roundtable Event Company (TreCo), to unite senior leaders from public and public sectors in major cities across Canada.
