Box lunches and beverages will be set-up for pick-up as participants arrive. The format lends itself to a very comfortable gathering, which should inspire open and honest dialogue.

The Roundtable Event Company will partner with the vendor to produce a targeted, high-impact Lunch & Learn session designed for 25–30 curated attendees. This turnkey service ensures a seamless experience from audience selection to event execution, allowing the vendor to focus on delivering compelling content and networking outcomes.

The Roundtable Event Company will take full responsibility for event logistics and attendee management. Based on the vendor’s criteria—such as job title, organization type, geographic location, or responsibility level—the company will curate a qualified audience of 25–30 participants. This includes outreach, registration administration, and confirmation communications.

On the production side, The Roundtable Event Company (TreCo) will identify and secure a suitable venue that reflects the event’s tone and objectives, coordinate all venue logistics, and manage the relationship with the site on behalf of the vendor. The company will also oversee catering arrangements, providing a full-service lunch and beverages for all attendees, as well as handle all audiovisual requirements to ensure a smooth presentation setup.

Additionally, the company will design and print event signage, name badges, and on-site materials as needed, maintaining consistent branding throughout the attendee experience. An event manager will be present on-site to supervise setup, guest check-in, vendor requirements, and program flow, ensuring all elements run on schedule.

The vendor remains responsible for developing event content, securing presenters or speakers, producing all collateral and presentation materials, and managing post-event follow-up.

With a collaborative approach and attention to detail, The Roundtable Event Company (TreCo) delivers a professionally managed Lunch & Learn experience that enhances engagement, strengthens relationships, and delivers tangible ROI for the vendor sponsor.

Centrally located venue

For an in-person event, we will source venue options to consider; each will be   centrally-located in the community to enable easy access for the participants.

Turnkey operation

Our sponsorship fee is all-in cost; it includes the venue rental, food & beverages, signage, simple A/V equipment, program development, marketing,       participant registration, signage, and on-site support staffing.

Engaged audience

Our team works with your target list to ensure that the audience aligns with those that you need to meet and engage.

Sponsorship Payment

Payment for our sponsorship fee is structured such that 50% of the invoice is due within 15/days after signing the agreement, with the balance due 30-days prior to the event being hosted.

Should you have a strategic partner that you want to cost-share the sponsorship, we will accomodate your request and do separate billing.
