The sponsor of a FORWARDmotion Series (FmS) event will have the lead position on the program. While this is a FmS event, the vendor partner will deliver the entire program after the hand-off by The Roundtable Event Co. (TreCo) spokesperson.  

The sponsoring firm will:

• Make a 15-minute Opening Remarks and Review the Agenda, speaking to the firms' purpose in sponsoring and facilitating this event
• Introduce the Keynote Speaker at 12:15pm
• Introduce and Facilitate the 45-minute Roundtable Discussion
• Introduce the panelists for the Panel Discussion
• Address the Q&A session and make closing remarks

TreCo will provide the vendor sponsor:

• A modified agenda that aligns with topics that the sponsor needs to address with the desired audience
• Invite and confirm an appropriate person to deliver a Keynote Address (this person serves as a draw for registration)
• Registration of 10-12 participants who align with the sponsors' business development needs
• A fashionable upscale venue to host the lunch event
• A/V equipment to support a PowerPoint presentation
• Food and Beverages for the event
• On-site staff to process registration as guests arrive and make introductions
• Signage at the registration desk
• Parking vouchers for guests upon arrival (if required)
• Creation of an eBook to summarize salient points from discussion; available within 10-days following the event
• Post-event email to participants 
• Full contact details for all participants available within 48-hours of the event

The vendor sponsor will provide:

• A senior member from the leadership team to Chair the event, and serve as the facilitator of the Roundtable Discussion
• 1-2 other staff to support the Chair

Sponsorship cost:  

• $18,000 + GST/HST
